Mental Health Practitioner – BHH & ARMHS (Full-Time)
Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
Work Location: In person (community-based services; local travel required)
Programs: Behavioral Health Home (BHH) & Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to support both our Behavioral Health Home (BHH) and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) programs. In this role, you will provide mental health services, skills training, and rehabilitation support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering clinic-based and community-based services. Local travel is required, and an agency vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services and mental health support to clients in the community
• Deliver ARMHS skills training and rehabilitation services
• Support BHH services focused on whole-person care, stability, and coordination
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Assist clients in building skills that promote recovery, independence, and wellness
• Travel within the local area to meet clients’ needs
• Complete documentation accurately and in accordance with program and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

OR

• A minimum of 2,000 hours of experience providing mental health services
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
