Job Duties:Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.Enter customer information in repair order.Schedule appointments.Follow up with customer throughout repairs.If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including additional costs and time.Inform customer of completion and provide completed repair order.
