Automotive Technician (Light Duty) – Full Time Location: Marshall, MN Company: Kal’s Motor Group
Kal’s Motor Group is looking to add a dependable, hardworking Automotive Technician to our Marshall service team. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and a strong team environment.
$20 - $40 an hour - Full-time. Pay Depends upon Experience
Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position Overview: This role focuses on light mechanical work and general vehicle maintenance. We’re looking for someone who can jump in, keep jobs moving efficiently, and help deliver a great overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Perform brake jobs, struts, and suspension work

Replace wheel bearings and perform basic mechanical repairs

Assist with general vehicle inspections and maintenance
-
Help support the front counter and customer service needs as necessary
-
Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
-
Keep a clean and organized work area
-
Work efficiently to meet shop productivity goals
Qualifications:
-
Experience in automotive repair preferred
-
Must have your own tools
-
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to step in and assist customers when needed
