This hybrid role blends showroom sales, light warehouse assistance, customer follow-up, and service coordination — perfect for a sales professional who takes ownership and pride in all parts of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with expert product knowledge and a consultative sales approach
• Manage full sales cycle from greeting to delivery scheduling
• Assist in showroom merchandising and maintaining an immaculate sales floor
• Provide support in the warehouse when needed
• Coordinate service calls, warranty follow-ups, and customer communication
• Deliver consistent follow-up and build long-term customer relationships
Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of proven sales excellence
• Furniture sales experience is required (no exceptions)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, polished, and motivated to achieve results
• Comfortable stepping into any role needed to serve the customer
