Manufacturing Engineer - BH Electronics
This position is designed to support various manufacturing operations through implementation of equipment, tooling and processes. Focus on improvements to processes, reduction of scrap, improvements to throughput and efficiencies and other efforts for improvement. Implementation of Lean Methodologies in a job shop environment.
The successful candidate will have the abilities to perform the job, including but not limited to:
• Ability to move from various work stations and areas of the plant and lift 40 lbs.
• Must have 20/20 vision with correction
• Good finger dexterity and ability to grasp and hold tools, materials, and parts with either hand
• Must have 20/20 vision with correction
• ?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• ?Supervisory skills required
• ?Must be a good communicator in oral and written skills and well organized
• Ergonomic principles in application
• Experience with tool design and machine selection
• ?CAD and 3 D printing experience are preferred
Following an offer of employment, applicants are required to undergo pre-employment testing including background screening, physical exam and drug screen, including Cannabis as a safety sensitive position.

Job offers are based on qualifications, good work history, experience. The pay range $67,000-101,000 per year, paid weekly.
