North Star Mutual Insurance Company is looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication, eagerness to learn new skills and a desire for long-term growth within the company to join our team of Software Developers.
Developers work with all aspects of application development, including requirements gathering, planning, coding and testing of software, data management, user training and support.
While related education and/or experience with CCM (GhostDraft); Business Intelligence (BI) development; ECM (OnBase) and other software development technology is helpful, we are also willing to train.
This is a full-time in-office position.
While a variety of factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skillset, level of education and/or experience will be taken into consideration, it is anticipated that the starting range for this position will be $26.45 to $33.65 per hour. This role may be eligible for a merit increase at the 6-month mark and then annually thereafter and is eligible for our profit-sharing bonus plan.
