- Quality analysis for leases and loan payments.
- Quality Control Specialist position creates, documents, monitors and reports on lease and loan transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Review data that is input from another user validate work was done accurately and timely.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location expectation:
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
- Tech savvy (Pref. Excel, running reports, pivot, filtering)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management
