We're looking for an experiences quality control specialist who has strong attention to detail, proficient in excel (pivots, reporting, filtering) to join our Marshall, MN team.
 
This individual contributor: Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.

  • Quality Control Specialist position creates, documents, monitors and reports on lease and loan transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review data that is input from another user validate work was done accurately and timely.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location expectation:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area

- Tech savvy (Pref. Excel, running reports, pivot, filtering)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management
