We are seeking an experienced people leader of quality control specialists to join our Marshall, MN location.
As a lead, you'll monitor and evaluate the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees. Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
Job highlights:
- Lead Quality analysis for leases and loan payments.
- Lead Quality Control Specialists who create, documents, monitors and reports on lease and loan transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and review Quality Control Specialist work as it relates to reviewing data that is input from another user validate work was done accurately and timely.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location expectation:
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three or more years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Leadership experience
- Leading and monitoring team responsibility for quality analysis to meet deadlines
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
- Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
- Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
