Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineering team with in-field & on-site work including concrete testing, nuclear density testing, surveying, project stakeout & final inspections
- Assist Engineering team with project layout & design work under the supervision of the PE
- Assist Engineering team with preparation of technical reports, O&M plans & project details
- Learn & work with necessary computer programs & models including: Civil-3D, ArcGIS, SPAW software
- Assist ES permitting staff with preparing nutrient management plans & appropriate permitting paperwork
- Assist with agronomic field work including soil sampling, manure sampling & site inventories
- Frequently work in outdoor conditions
- Frequently operate a computer & GPS units
Qualifications: Self-motivated with clear & consistent observation & communication are desired. Ability to operate & maintain company equipment. Ability to communicate with customers & coworkers in English in order to promote safety & efficiency. Sincere interest & the ability to learn are essential. Must have a valid Driver’s License in order to drive a vehicle.
