Location: Southwest Minnesota (Remote with occasional in-person support)
Hours: 10–15 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
Compensation: $20–$25/hour
Reports to: Desiree Petrich, Founder & CEO of Intentional Action
Intentional Action is a leadership development company dedicated to helping teams connect, communicate, and perform at their highest potential through keynotes, workshops, and coaching programs. We partner with organizations that believe in building cohesive, human-centered teams, and we do it with energy, humor, and heart.
As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a Fractional Executive Assistant who’s ready to take ownership, keep operations running smoothly, and play an active role in scaling a mission-driven brand.
This isn’t a traditional admin position. You’ll be my right hand and strategic partner (this means your ideas are welcome!), you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our programs, podcast, and client experience running seamlessly. From managing timelines to updating our CRM and coordinating podcast edits, you’ll be helping turn ideas into action.
- Manage and track the client journey process, ensuring every client touchpoint (from proposal to thank-you gift) is completed on time
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Assist with podcast production, editing episodes, creating show notes, and preparing blog posts using AI tools
- Upload and update website content through WordPress/Kit
- Conduct research on speaking opportunities, conferences, and events
- Support local events such as the Intentional Leader Summit or workshops as needed
- Collaborate with Desiree to identify efficiencies, anticipate needs, and take initiative in improving workflows
Experience with these is helpful (but not required):
We are very willing to train the right person.
What matters most is curiosity, adaptability and ownership
- Pipedrive (CRM)
- Riverside, Buzzsprout, Kit, ChatGPT
- Wordpress and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Have tenacity and naturally take ownership of projects
- Are proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented, you don’t wait to be told what’s next
- Thrive working independently but enjoy collaboration
- Love systems, lists, and seeing projects through to completion
- Enjoy bringing structure to creativity, and find joy in making things run smoothly
- Can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining calm and clarity
- Remote work with occasional in-person event support
- Communicates primarily via Telegram and email
- Works best with someone who values open feedback, honesty, and progress over perfection
