Lessons from My Journey: The Power of Presence, Culture, and Community
Nick Schwarz is the owner of AP Design and Send It in Marshall, MN, where he helps businesses stand out with custom branding and signage - while also running a shipping store that has, unexpectedly, become a frontline defense against scams.
At the upcoming Marshall Young Professionals event, Nick will share "Lessons from My Journey: The Power of Presence, Culture, and Community." From career pivots and business ownership to navigating challenges (including one that led to an unexpected departure from his family’s business!), Nick’s story is one of resilience, adaptability, and embracing change. He’ll also share how Send It has played a role in protecting customers - intercepting over $100,000 in fraudulent activity.
Expect real-life lessons, plenty of insights, and maybe even a few laughs along the way. Plus, attendees will get a behind-the-scenes tour of AP Design & Send It, including a firsthand look at our apparel, awards & sign production facilities. Don't miss it!
