DR. Marsha Grimes-Rose

Marsha Rose is an Assistant Professor of Management at SMSU and a former senior leader with 15+ years of experience across operations, sales, and project management.

She brings real, unfiltered stories from her career—sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what actually moves people forward. She shares real, practical insights designed to help others grow faster.

Marsha believes success is built through strong relationships, clear communication, self-advocacy, and the ability to seek and apply feedback. She challenges individuals to push beyond what they believe is possible for themselves, step outside their comfort zones, take ownership of their growth, and lift others along the way.

Her session is practical, honest, and focused on helping young professionals communicate with confidence, advocate for themselves, and show up with purpose.
