Description

Join Us for the September Women's Connect Event!
Thursday, September 10th | 12:00pm to 1:00pm

This session invites participants to pause and notice the quiet ways gratitude can move through their daily lives. Through simple acts of reflection and shared appreciation, they will recognize how small acknowledgments can increase appreciation of ordinary moments. Interwoven in the session will be insights from the science surrounding gratitude. Together the group will consider how gratitude, when practiced intentionally, strengthens both individual resilience and collective purpose
