Don’t be afraid to pivot!
I’m a big fan of the song “Life’s a Dance” by John Michael Montgomery. If you don’t know it, listen to it!
I’m going to share about the pivots in my life especially in my career journey. Passion and priorities are what guide my pivots.
I’ve also read some great books and taken advice from different mentors in my life.
I’ve learned a lot but I know I still have a lot to learn-I’m committed to being a lifelong learner!

My name is Sarah Kicmal and I’m the Account Manager at December Day Creative LLC which is a marketing firm that helps small businesses beat marketing overwhelm.
I’m a proud resident of Walnut Grove where I live with my husband Max and two children, Mason (14) and Colton (10).
I enjoy reading, baking, decorating, spending time outdoors and visiting northern Minnesota.
