Kim is the leadership and civic engagement educator with the University of Minnesota Extension's Department of Community Development.

We all know about leadership! The study of leadership gets lots of attention and most of the glory. But the reality is that in organizations and in life, everyone is both a leader and a follower depending on the situation. Great leadership is impossible without great followership. Join us for an hour of information and engaging discussion on the under-recognized, under-appreciated, and underestimated value and power of followership.
