It’s the 15th annual Take Your Child to the Library Day! Whether you’re a frequent visitor or have never stepped through our doors before, we invite you to stop by the library with the important kids in your life. We’ll have special activities, including a Children’s Area BINGO, a scavenger hunt, trivia, coloring, and more! Today is also a great day for you or your child to get a library card. Our annual 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten graduation ceremony (invite only) will also take place today. The ceremony celebrates pre-Kindergarten kids who have read 1000 books with their friends and family. It’s free to sign up and a lot easier to complete than you’d think!
