Join women from across the region for a day of inspiration, connection, and professional growth at the SMSU Women’s Leadership Conference. Designed for women of all ages and career stages - including students, professionals, and community leaders - this annual event empowers attendees to lead with confidence and purpose. This year’s theme, “Lead with Intention: Clearing the Noise, Claiming Your Power,” invites participants to pause, refocus, and align their values, decisions, and voice to lead with clarity and confidence. The conference features a powerful lineup of speakers, including keynote Ginny Priem, along with Rachel Raths ’13 and Stacy Frost ’93. Attendees will experience engaging sessions, meaningful networking opportunities, and practical takeaways to support both personal and professional growth. Centered on building confidence, strengthening connections, and developing leadership skills, this uplifting event provides a supportive environment where women can connect, learn, and leave energized to make an impact in their organizations and communities.
