May Lunch and Learn:
Composting at Home!
Thursday, May 18th: 12-1pm
Stephanie Bethke-DeJaeghere, Environmental Technician Educator Coordinator- Lyon County Environmental Department
Stephanie's main focus is the residential recycling programs for Lyon and Yellow Medicine Counties. She also works with area schools and businesses with their waste reduction programs, and provides instruction for composting at home.
