Major Goals and Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience through great communication and support.
- Perform field repairs and maintenance on various office equipment to manufacturers specifications
- Manage your day completing service calls to meeting customer expectations and company processes
- Maintain accurate repair records for time, part, and company assets
- Manage your car stock inventory
- Performs other duties as directed by Service Management
- Ability to make decisions, use the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives
- Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates
- Flexible attitude and versatility in learning
- High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices
