North Star Mutual Insurance Company is looking for an individual to work in the areas of Windows operating systems, networking, VMware, SQL, Office365 and/or SAN administration. This could include analyzing performance metrics of our systems, as well as security alerts and incidents. This will include some help desk duties, with the opportunity to move to bigger projects as knowledge/experience grows.
Individuals with excellent problem-solving ability, a strong desire to learn new skills and exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Related education and/or experience for this position is preferred.
This is a full-time in-office position.
While a variety of factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skillset, level of education and/or experience will be taken into consideration, it is anticipated that the starting range for this position will be $24.05 to $31.25 per hour. This role may be eligible for a merit increase at the 6-month mark and then annually thereafter and is eligible for our profit-sharing bonus plan.
