About the Role:
We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our Jackson, MN branch! As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service, and maintaining top-tier member relations. You will have the opportunity to drive the branch’s growth, develop long-lasting relationships with both members and the local community, and identify strategies to expand our membership base.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure they run efficiently.

Foster strong relationships with members and the local community.

Support business development activities and track progress toward membership growth goals.

Ensure that the branch is delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of compliance and security.
Qualifications:

Education: A college degree is preferred, and/or 3-4 years of experience in a financial institution.

Skills: Leadership, communication, and the ability to develop strong relationships.

Experience: Previous experience in branch management or financial services is a plus.

Salary: Starting at $58,000 per year
