About the Role:
This role is key to providing exceptional service to our members while supporting a range of financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Open, close, and modify member accounts

Process and issue consumer loans

Fulfill routine and complex member transaction needs

Resolve member issues with professionalism and care

Provide accurate, efficient, and friendly service
- Support additional branch functions and operations as needed
Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong commitment to member/customer service

Professional demeanor with effective communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior financial or customer service experience preferred
