What an exciting time to be a young professional learning, leading, and growing with unlimited possibility. We now have the ability to work for companies like Telsa, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft and more from anywhere in the world. So the question is how to do we challenge and retain great leaders on our own teams? How do you increase opportunities for these leaders to grow, feel wanted and cared for? Learning to lead with hope, belief, and great questions is a start.

 
Tom Webb is in his sixth season as the head women's basketball coach at Southwest Minnesota State in 2021-22 and continues the process of bringing back the program to the top of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The team has improved its victory total in each of his first four seasons on the sidelines, including recording the program’s first winning season in 10 years during the 2019-20 season. Webb, who was named to the position on May 10, 2016, is the eighth head coach in program history and has a record of 45-78 during his five-year tenure at SMSU. Webb is in his 13th season overall as a Division II head coach with an overall record of 136-201.
