Join the Marshall Area Chamber Women's Connect group on Thursday, September 9th to hear from Kathleen Raml, MSW, LICSW, about Work-Life Balance."
Kathleen will discuss the concept of work-life balance and what it looks like today. The group will be asked to participate in a self-assessment of their own work-life balance. Finally, will explore ways to make changes to improve overall work-life balance to improve wellness and vitality both personally and professionally.

Kathleen has been trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adolescents, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy which treat a wide variety of mental health conditions from anxiety and depression to trauma and personality disorders.
Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Southern California.
