Dealing with Difficult People

Denise VanKeulen and Lisa Haen met over 20 years ago doing the preschool carpool for their daughters. Shortly after that, in 2005, they became co-workers and have been friends ever since.
Today, Lisa is a Learning & Development Business Partner at The Schwan Food Company and Denise is the Training Manager at Runnings.

Both Denise and Lisa have reputations of being quick to smile or laugh, helpful, and fun to be with. That being said, they both have found themselves working with people that others might describe as “difficult.”

They are excited to tell their stories and share their best tips and lessons learned with all of you.
