The Marshall Police Department offers a robust 14-week field training program for new officers. The Department also offers opportunities for growth and a variety of assignments, including but not limited to: field training officer, ALICE instructor, firearms instructor, use of force instructor, taser instructor, emergency vehicle operator instructor, Cellbrite technician, Emergency Response Unit (ERU), School Resource Officer, drone operator, investigations, etc.
