POSITION AVAILABLE: Data Privacy Specialist
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement in the Marshall or Windom, MN office.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Data Privacy Specialist will bring great attention to detail and thoughtful analysis of Technology Provider compliance with laws applicable to the data possessed or accessed and populations that are served. The Data Privacy Specialist is responsible for evaluating the Technology Providers in use or requested by the participants of the SWWC Data Privacy Program.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to Technology, Business or Paralegal processes and minimal experience in a job-related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a job-related field that enables performance of all aspects of this position. Valid driver’s license required.
SALARY: Full-time position (260 days) beginning immediately. Excellent salary and benefits; salary is based on education, qualifications, abilities, and experience.
