Equipment Finance Quality Control Analyst

EF Servicing Loss Mitigation has an opening for a Quality Control Specialist. This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and leadership proficiency.
 
Main Functions
  • Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards for various controls supporting EF Servicing Loss Mitigation, including Repossession, SCRA protections, Litigation, Default Judgments, Settlements, Payment Plans.
  • Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
  • Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.
  • Provide support in the development of new controls, enhancements to existing controls including script writing and formation of QC spreadsheet templates.
  • Successfully produce recurring Daily, Weekly, Monthly Controls and ensure any identified errors
  • (human, process, or system created) are escalated and remediated Basic Qualifications in a timely manner.
  • Align oneself in a manner consistent with U.S. Bank Equipment Finance's core behaviors and Client Advocacy Principles.
  • 1099 review of contracts and filing.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically, two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
  • Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
