Learn practical, clear steps you can take today to build a better relationship with your body, mind, and fitness
Saara Raappana was literally the last person picked for literally every team in literally every gym class of her life. Now she can teach you to swing a kettlebell, deadlift super heavy stuff, and do pushups like a boss.
Saara is the co-owner of Restored Strength in Marshall.
Her goal is for everyone to have fun and feel comfortable working out regardless of their experience, size, shape, or ability. She's a certified personal trainer and Size-Inclusive Fitness Specialist.
