Job brief
We are looking for a Tour/Travel Planner with great enthusiasm for the world of travel. You will be responsible for planning tours for our own operated motor coach tours and tour/travel requests from individuals, organizations, schools, church groups, etc.
Responsibilities

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.

Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable tour/travel options.
• Organize travels from beginning to end

Collect deposits and balances

Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

Handle unforeseen circumstances

Maintain relationships with key persons such as clients, hotels, attractions, and other tour and travel organizations, etc.
Requirements

Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills

Excellent knowledge of computer systems, internet and email program

Exemplary customer-oriented approach

Excellent team orientated approach

Well versed in various areas of travel preferred but will train
