Marsha Rose, DBA, has over 15 years of senior leadership experience spanning the areas of sales, operations, and project management. As an Assistant Professor at Southwest Minnesota State University, she is dedicated to student success and mentorship. With a Doctorate in Business Administration from Creighton University, Marsha has presented at national conferences and co-authored research publications, emphasizing lifelong learning and leadership excellence.
