Lunch and Learn: Social Media 101
October 12th 12-1pm
Every individual and business has the opportunity to use Social Media as a FREE advertising tool, but it has the potential to work against you if you aren't using it correctly.
Join 3 social media experts to learn about marketing on different online platforms, creating free content online, and how to keep up with social media platforms that are constantly changing.
Anna Behning, Photographer will be teaching basic Instagram strategies on how to get in front of a new audience and promote your business effectively on social media
Adri Deboer, Communications Coordinator for Visit Marshall will be speaking about Facebook Ads, and the difference between the social media platforms
Maddy Torve, Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce will be demonstrating Canva and prove that it can turn anyone into a graphic designer.
Bring your laptop to follow along, and make sure to come with questions!
We will do a mini panel at the end of the event, and you are welcome to stay behind if you would like hands on help, or have any additional questions.
