Job Description

Bremer Wealth is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join our team in the Marshall, Willmar or Redwood Falls communities.

The Wealth Advisor is responsible to administer a portfolio of agency, IRA, trust and estate accounts.  Expands service to existing clients and markets new products.  Manages the set-up, implementation and administration of trusts and estates.  Coordinates client service activities with other areas of the organization.  Counsels clients on financial matters such as, but not limited to, asset allocation, wealth management, retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, tax strategies, investment planning, executive planning and business succession planning. Works with a large degree of independence, but requires management oversight on most complicated issues/situations.  May have primary responsibilities for a given client or in a given product.  Increasingly assumes responsibility for independently handling complex transactions.  Provides insight and ideas for enhance client relationships.  Has assumed important business development or product/relationship management responsibilities and his/her own clients. 

Qualifications

A combination of education and experience generally attained with a bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years related experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred, specifically: CFP, CTFA, CPA, JD
