Join our team of Account Support Advisors in our Portfolio Services Group (PSG) Business Unit and help us do just that! PSG is an outsource provider that services portfolios and contracts at reduced costs and with fewer operational barriers so their customers can concentrate on core strengths. This team delivers solutions to banks and other lending institutions, equipment leasing companies, and solar financing companies.

GreatAmerica strives for excellence with every customer interaction; thus a personable and professional approach is vital when handling every customer inquiry, request or escalation.
Do you enjoy working in a team and making an impact? As an Account Support Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a variety of tasks in order to assist our clients’ customer base. A few of the key tasks and responsibilities include: handling inbound & outbound customer service and confirmation calls (between 40-50 calls per day on average), email and internet correspondence, incoming mail and processing phone payments. You will also work closely with your team towards the achievement of team and company goals.
Does the idea of becoming a subject matter expert interest you? Our Account Support Advisors quickly become the team’s resource for inquiries regarding billing, invoicing, solar production, contract terms, purchase options, and account histories.

Full time hours for this role will be 10 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday
Part time hours will be 4 pm - 7 pm, Monday - Friday
