Position Summary: We are creating a new position for a Client Experience Coordinator who will be charged with ensuring the overall client experience meets a high level of satisfaction. This is a new position to our local family-owned firm. A position at an independent financial planning practice will expose the candidate to a wide range of activities relating to investments and insurance products and financial planning services. Position priorities include maintaining and ensuring for quality control of multiple databases, implementing and ensuring timely client response systems, development and execution of marketing plan which includes print, radio, web and social media.
Our firm works with both individuals and employer groups. This wide range of clients will create a high learning curve for a new team member.
Team member must be able to work in both Slayton & Marshall locations. A minimum of a four-year business degree or related experience required. Successful applicants are subject to a credit history and criminal background check. Experience and work ethics will determine wages.
