The City of Marshall invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.   This position is responsible to perform a variety of administrative, confidential, and staff support duties for the Community Services and Administration Divisions, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.  Assist and direct visitors, and resolve administrative problems and inquiries; compose, edit, and prepare correspondence and reports, and prepare a range of administrative documents.  A complete job description is available on the City website at
