Caitlyn VanDamme is a Communications Specialist with Southwest Health and Human Services\, where she leads public health messaging and community engagement efforts across southwest Minnesota. In her role\, she works to connect individuals and communities with trusted\, accessible resources that support overall well-being.
\n\nCaitlyn also leads the local implementation and promotion of CredibleMind\, a free\, confidential online platform that provides expert-reviewed mental health and wellness resources in a variety of formats\, including articles\, videos\, podcasts\, and self-assessments. She partners with local organizations\, schools\, and community groups to increase awareness and help individuals build skills to manage stress\, improve well-being\, and support others.
\n\nAs a working professional and mom\, Caitlyn understands firsthand the challenges of balancing work\, family\, and everything in between. She is passionate about making mental health resources practical\, approachable\, and relevant to everyday life.
