With a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications&mdash\;emphasizing Public Relations and complemented by a minor in Marketing&mdash\;Caitlyn leads both internal and external communications for the agency. Her work includes key initiatives such as launching CredibleMind\, a free\, community-focused mental health platform designed to support well-being across the region.

Caitlyn is especially committed to spreading awareness about CredibleMind and helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by promoting open dialogue and trusted resources.
