Previously\, he was Executive Director of the Thief River Falls Chamber of Commerce\, Administrator of the Rural Business-Cooperative Service at the U.S Department of Agriculture for President George W. Bush\, a Subcommittee Staff Director at the U.S. House Committee on Agriculture for U.S. Representative Gil Gutkecht\, and a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Norm Coleman. \n\n\n\nEric McVey\n\nEric is the ADM Plant Manager since 2021\, and he has been with the company for 28 years\, starting as a Plant Superintendent. McVey got his BS of Electrical and Electronics Engineer from the University of Illinois in 1996. \n\n\n\nCarolyn Olson\n\nCarolyn grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis and joined her husband on the farm in 1988.  Once there\, she quickly learned the ropes\; preferring spring and fall tillage as well as running the combine.   \n\nAs an organic crop farmer from southwestern Minnesota\, Carolyn has served in many policy development and leadership roles both on a local\, state\, and national level. Carolyn has a passion for bringing together all types of farmers to secure a better future for all of agriculture. Carolyn also makes a delicious cinnamon roll - ask her for her recipe!\n\n\n\nBrad Verly\n\nBrad works for Minnesota West Community and Technical College as a Farm Business Management Instructor. He graduated from St. John's University in 2011 with a BA in accounting and from SMSU received his MBA in 2019.\n\n Brad farms near Marshall growing corn and soybeans. He also serves as president of the board for the Lyon County Corn and Soybean Growers Association.\n\n\n\nMeet your Facilitator!\n\n\n\nKen Franzky\n\nKen is the Agronomy Services Manager at Centrol. He has spent 27 years in the Agriculture industry\, including the last 6 at Centrol. His prior experience includes agronomic sales\, support\, and training in ag retailer and the seed industry.\n\n\n\nWe hope to see you there!
