DESCRIPTION:The Lyon County Museum's building (the former Marshall-Lyon County Library) is 50 years old this year! Built in 1967\, the building served as the library for 44 years and has been home to the Lyon County Museum for the past 5 years. \n\n\n\nJoin us for an open house reception on Thursday October 26\, 4:00-7:00pm to commemorate the anniversary and to share memories of when the building was the library.\n\n\n\nFood\, tours\, and entertainment! Entertainment includes: Ross Anderson\, the Rabaey Family\, and the Marshall Area Stage Company will present the skit "The Fairy Bookmother"  at 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
