The presentation will be followed by a professional headshot session with three very talented photographers from our Marshall community\, Autumn Keel (Keel Photography)\, Courtney Bicknese (Courtney Bicknese Photography) and Chelbi West (CL Photography). Sounds simple\, right? Imagine the impact on your organization when every team member models standards of excellence through professional words\, actions\, and attitudes. During the Lunch & Learn\, we'll explore the importance of professional self-knowledge\, examine how professionalism has changed over the years\, and acknowledge the impact and influence of leadership.\n\nMarcy Heemeyer is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at North Star Mutual Insurance Company. She brings more than two decades of experience working at organizations of various size and scope in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Heemeyer currently sits on the board of directors for Prairie Home Hospice and is the Business Advisory Council Chair for the North Star Mutual School of Business at SMSU.
