It will also cover select tools available on the Data tab.\n\n \n\n \n\nBen Nwachukwu is an Information Technology Specialist at Southwest Minnesota State University. Currently\, Ben serves as the campus D2L administrator and trainer. D2L Brightspace is a learning management system used for online\, hybrid\, and face-to-face teaching. In addition to this role\, Ben facilitates a variety of technology workshops focused on how to effectively use tools such as Office 365 and other software applications.\n\n \n\nBen has been in his current role since Spring 2021. Prior to this position\, Ben worked as the IT Helpdesk Manager for 11 years\, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the IT Helpdesk. Ben is an SMSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting\, Finance\, and Management\, with a minor in Agribusiness (2008)\, and a Master of Business Administration (2010).
