DESCRIPTION:What Were You Thinking?  How to Communicate More Effectively With People That Drive You Crazy (Part 2)\n\n\n\nIf you participated in last fall's Administrative Day training\, you won't want to miss the chance to dive deeper into discovering your preferred style of communicating and how that style helps or hinders you ability to work well with others. In this workshop you will receive the results of your own  Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)\, a unique\, scientific\, broad-based tool for assessing thinking styles. This workshop will help you gain insights into how you prefer to think\, learn and communicate which will enable you to harness the power of your thinking for improved teamwork\, creativity & trust. A link to the Assessment will be emailed in early April. If you didn't attend Part 1\, that's ok!
