DESCRIPTION:This event is co-sponsored by the Marshall Area Fine Arts Council (MAFAC) and the Lyon County Historical Society and Museum.  The event is presented by Jess Nelson.\n\n\n\nThis event will feature Jess Nelson\, coordinator of Marshall's local access television programs\, who has a strong interest in historical television and films.  He has taught both subjects for Southwest Minnesota State University's Senior College program.\n\n\n\nNelson will begin the event with a set of clips and commentary about famous television program families.  After a short intermission\, he will lead the audience through clips and comments about famous movie director Alfred Hitchcock.  Audience members may attend one or both portions of the program for free.\n\n\n\nFor further information\, call the Marshall Area Fine Arts Council at 532-5463\n\n\n\nThe community is invited\; you do not need to be a member in either organization to attend.
