DESCRIPTION:DESCRIPTION:  Put on your skis\, snowshoes or boots and join us for a magical night of skiing\, snowshoeing or hiking by the warm glow of luminaries.  Illuminated trails begin at the North Picnic Shelter and are rated easy for all levels of skiing ability with a separate trail for hiking and snowshoeing.  Hot beverages and a cheery fire to warm your fingers and toes will await your return to the North Picnic Shelter.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nSki passes required for skiers age 16 or older.  Passes can be purchased at the park office.  Bring your own skis.  A limited number of snowshoes will be available for checkout.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nA valid MN State Park Vehicle permit is required on all vehicles entering the park.  Vehicle permits ($5 for a one-day permit or $25 for a 12 month permit) can be purchased at the park.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIn case of bad weather\, this event may be changed or canceled.
